‘We can wait for everything, but not for education’, remarks MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed on eve of school building inauguration in respective constituency

Langate (Handwara): In a bid to boost the school infrastructure and give impetus to the education sector, MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed on Tuesday inaugurated a school building – constructed under SAMAGRA – at Kachloo Qaziabad.

Talking to the media on the sidelines of the event, Sheikh Khursheed, as per Alfaaz – The Words, asserted that education has always been the priority and it has been rightly said that we can wait for everything but we can not wait for education. “I will take every necessary step to boost the school infrastructure in my constituency and in my quest I hereby seek cooperation from all the stakeholders,” Sheikh, who turned to politics after serving in education sector for over a decade, said.

While interacting with the students, the AIP senior leader emphasized that the parents have to play a serious role for the bright future of our society. “The parents should be visiting the schools, interact with the teachers in order to build a good relationship,” Sheikh remarked.

Besides Sheikh Khursheed, the event was also attended by ZEO Langate, teaching and non-teaching staff and other senior citizens of the area.

Sheikh also heard the grievances of people pertaining to their daily life, including the ongoing PHE schemes, power outage and other day-to-day problems.

Later MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed toured various places of Qaziabad area to take the stock of ongoing developmental works.
