Vice Provincial President Patwar Association Kashmir Condoles Demise of Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad

Handwara: Vice Provincial President, Kashmir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Patwari Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, a respected revenue official who was serving at Tehsil Handwara for Halqa Handwara.

In a condolence message issued here, Bhat said he was saddened by the demise of an official known for his honesty, dedication, and humble nature. Sheikh Mushtaq, who had been undergoing treatment at SKIMS Srinagar for a critical health condition, breathed his last, leaving his relatives and colleagues in grief.

Bhat described the late Patwari as a sincere public servant whose commitment to duty had earned him widespread respect. โ€œSheikh Mushtaq Ahmad was an upright and devoted officer. His loss is deeply felt by the people of Handwara and all who knew him. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family,โ€ he said.

He added that he alongside his fraternity stands firmly with the family during this difficult time and assured them of all possible support. โ€œFor any need, we all are always available,โ€ he said.

The Vice Provincial President also urged the Muslim Ummah to offer Dua-e-Maghfirat for the departed soul. โ€œMay Almighty Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah and bless his family with patience and strength to bear this irreparable loss,โ€ Bhat added.

Meanwhile, Bhat has extended heartfelt gratitude to Tehsildar Handwara Zeeshan Ahmad Khan (JKAS) for standing by the Patwar Association during these testing times. “We simply can’t thank enough to Zeeshan Sahab for his assistance and solidarity with us all during the time when we have lost a noble and dedicated colleague in the form of Sheikh Mushtaq Sahab,” Bhat said.
