Says Separate Medical Block For Maidanpora Likely To Get Approval Soon
Lolab: Vice Chairman of the District Development Council (DDC) Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir, on Friday paid a surprise visit to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Maidanpora Lolab.
During the visit, he assessed the functioning of the facility and interacted with both the community and staff to better understand their concerns regarding healthcare services.
Mir assured the locals that he would make every effort to address their grievances swiftly and ensure the necessary facilities for their well-being. Additionally, he committed to escalating the issues to higher authorities for prompt resolution.
As part of his ongoing efforts to improve healthcare in the region, Haji Farooq Mir has been actively advocating for the establishment of a separate medical block in Maidanpora, which would greatly benefit the North Lolab area. The long-awaited project, which has been in the works for the past three years, is expected to be approved soon.
