Training Programme of Sulkote Cluster HOIs Held At Government Girls Hr. Secondary School Kupwara

Kupwara: An extraordinary training programme of HOIs of cluster Sulkote was held on Monday at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kupwara under the chairmanship of cluster Head Bashir Ahmad Shah, aimed at understanding the aims and objectives of NEP-2020 and its implementation.

The welcome address was given by cluster head Bashir Ahmad Shah, in which he emphasized the importance of training sessions and responsibilities of HOIs. Shah in his address stressed on the HOIs to maintain the discipline and decorum in their respective institutions.

The welcome address was followed by resource person Farooq Ahmad Dar with a detailed PowerPoint presentation in which he explained the NEP 2020 in detail.

All the HOIs of the cluster including HM BHS Payerpora Ghulam Nabi Pir and Headmaster BHS Manigah Quisar ud Din participated in the training session.

The technical support was provided by Salafi Mushtaq.

At the end the Cluster Head passed instructions wherein he instructed the HOIs to ensure that every school shall be neat and clean; No HOIs shall leave his school without the intimation to this office, Academics should be the focus area, Monthly syllabus breakup shall be framed by or before 25th of 2024, Enrollment drive shall be taken up by every school, Greenery/Kitchen garden of school shall be maintained where ever possible and Good academic leadership quality shall be developed by every HOI.

The training session ended on a positive note as all the participants expressed their satisfaction over the conduct of the programme.
