Srinagar: Speaker protem Mubarik Gul on Tuesday announced provisional calendar for the sittings of the first session of the first Legislative Assembly of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The session, according to a circular, as per Alfaaz – The Words, will start on November 4 with the election of Speaker at around 10:30 A.M, followed by the Lieutenant Governor’s address at around 11:30 AM.
On the following day, November 5, the session will see holding of obituary references.
On November 6, the assembly will hold discussion on Motion of Thanks on Lieutenant Governor’s address, which will also extend to November 7.
Continuing the discussion on Motion of Thanks on Lieutenant Governor’s Address on November 8, the assembly will further witness allied activities to the Governor’s address.
