Senior Journo Syed Tajamul Likely To Join PDP Tomorrow, May Get Chief S’person Post in Mehbooba-led Party

Srinagar: Senior journalist Syed Tajamul is likely to join Peoples’ Democratic Party tomorrow (Wednesday), and is tipped to be the party’s next Chief Spokesperson – fell vacant after recent exit of Syed Suhail Bukhari.

People in the knowhow of things have revealed that the parleys between the PDP leadership and the journalist, have fructified, much to the satisfaction of both sides.

With the things set, the journalist is more likely to join the Mehbooba led party tomorrow (Wednesday) only.

Given the journalistic background of Tajamul, he is tipped to get the post of Chief Spokesperson of the party – which fell vacant after a shock exit of another journalist turned politician Syed Suhail Bukhari, recently.
