Porter killed, 4 army personnel injured in Gulmarg attack

Srinagar: A civilian porter was killed while four Army men were injured in a militant attack near Nagin area of Botapathri along the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir’s Gulmarg in Baramulla district on Thursday.

News agency KNO quoted sources as saying that militants targeted the Army personnel this evening.

However, the officials said that an Army vehicle part of a convoy in J&K’s Baramulla was attacked by the militants in which a civilian porter was killed.

“Four soldiers have also been injured in the attack,” they said
