Srinagar: An army man, on leave, was on Wednesday evening shot at and injured by militants in South Kashmir’s Tral.
Multiple news agencies quoted officials as saying that an army man currently on leave was shot at by terrorists in Aripal Sofipora Tral area.
The army man has suffered injuries in one of his legs and has been evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment where his condition is stable.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the assailants.
