Omar Abdullah Will Emerge As Victorious Candidate From Baramulla Parliamentary Seat: Qaiser Lone

Lolab (Kupwara): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference senior leader and incumbent district President Kupwara Qasir Jamsheed Lone on Monday said that Omar Abdullah will emerge as victorious candidate from North Kashmir.

Talking to Alfaaz – The Words during his inspection to different polling stations of Lolab, Lone said that people are coming out from their houses in high numbers, which is a good omen for democracy.

“I casted my vote at 7 AM and since then I’ve been visiting different polling stations in a bid to take inspection of things,” Qaiser said adding, “We are quite sure that our candidate from North Mr. Omar Abdullah will emerge as victorious,” said Qasir.

“Majority of the people are using their franchise in favour of the National Conference and I expect that our candidate Umar Abdullah will win this North seat with a vast majority,” he reiterated.

“People have started to change their mind and desperately want a change,” he said.

“You know, people here are feeling insecure in the absence of the government. People have showcased their love, affection and respect towards him (Omar) during his rallies throughout North Kashmir,” Lone emphasised.
