No Delight for JK Bank Customers As Upgraded ‘Mpay Delight+’ App Goes Down

Srinagar: For an umpteenth time in the recent past, the JK Bank’s mPay application, rechristened recently as Mpay Delight+, has gone down for customers.

The J&K Bank customers have been experiencing difficulties as the mPay mobile banking app has been down since this evening.

The anguished users have urged the bank to resolve the issue at the earliest to ensure hassle-free payments’.

It has been in the meantime learnt by Alfaaz – The Words, that the Bank i’s upgrading Mpay delight plus to another advanced version.’

The touted mPay of J&K Bank, nonetheless has been going every now and then, leaving the customers, who off late have been relying on online payments’, in lurch.
