Srinagar: DDC Chairperson Baramulla Safina Beigh escaped narrowly after a car she was traveling in collided with another vehicle in Pattan area along Baramulla-Srinagar highway.
As per initial reports, Safina was apparently on way to Srinagar when the vehicle (Fortuner) she was traveling in, collided head on with a truck at Zangam area in Pattan.
Some reports have also claimed that the vehicle Safina was traveling in, hit the bridge.
Safina was immediately evacuated from the vehicle and taken for medical attention and as per details available is safe.
