Kupwara: A series of dog bite incidents reported from various parts of the Lolab area in north Kashmirโ€™s Kupwara district over the past several days has sparked fear and anxiety among residents, particularly the elderly, women and children.

Reports reaching Alfaaz – The Words, said that among the injured is Zia-ud-Din (65), a resident of Shartmuqam, Lolab, who sustained critical injuries after being attacked by dogs. He is currently receiving treatment at SDH Kupwara. Another resident, Farooq Ahmad of Saiwan, was also injured in a similar incident.
