Mohd Sultan Malik, from Kupwara, Promoted As DG Accounts

Srinagar: Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday ordered for promotion of Special Scale Officer of J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service to the Super Time Scale.

The promotion to Malik is to take effect from 19-10-2023.

“On the recommendations of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee conveyed by General Administration Department vide OM. No. GAD SERVOGEN/94/2023, Dated 21.11.2023, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of Mr. Mohammad Sultan Malik of J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service to the Super Time Scale Level-14 (Rs. 144200-218200) with effect from 19-10-2023”, reads an order copy in this regard.

“Consequent upon his promotion to the Super Time Scale of Level-14 (Rs. 144200-218200), the Officer is designated as Director General”, the order reads further.

Hailing from Malik Mohalla Kupwara, the promotion of Mohammad Sultan Malik has brought a wave of joy and happiness back in his native district.
