MLAs Qaysar Lone, Shafi Uri Visit Poonch to Offer Condolences to MLA Aijaz Jan on Demise of His Mother

Poonch: Jammu and Kashmir legislators Qaysar Jamsheed Lone, MLA Lolab, and Dr. Sajad Shafi, MLA Uri, visited Poonch on Sunday to personally extend their condolences to MLA Poonch, Ajaz Jan, following the demise of his mother, Ateeqa Jan.

Jan had been undergoing treatment in Jammu for a prolonged illness before she passed away recently.

During the visit, both Lone and Shafi expressed deep sorrow over the loss and conveyed solidarity with the bereaved family. They prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss.

The legislators also interacted briefly with local party workers and well-wishers who had gathered at Jan’s residence to offer condolences.
