Srinagar: Member of Legislative Assembly on Lolab segment, Qaysar Jamsheed Lone, Monday called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to urge the latter’s intervention for immediate operationalisation of Diver receiving station.
Lone in a statement issued to Alfaaz – The Words, said that among the key issues raised with incumbent Chief Minister included the urgent need to operationalize the receiving station at Diver. He appealed to the CM to expedite the station’s commissioning without delay, ensuring that the people of the area can finally take a sigh of relief. Lone further requested for necessary formalities and modalities be addressed subsequently to avoid any further inconvenience to the residents.
“The meeting reflected Mr. Lone’s continued commitment to addressing the pressing concerns of his constituency and ensuring timely progress in developmental projects,” reads the statement. (via. Jahangir Lolabi)
