Mir Shafeeqa Files Nomination as Independent Candidate on Trehgam Seat

Trehgam (Kupwara): Mir Shafeeqa, an independent candidate contesting in the upcoming elections, filed her nomination papers on Tuesday at the Trehgam Election Office.

Following the submission, Shafeeqa held a press briefing to discuss her candidacy and express her appreciation for the assistance provided by the election office staff.

In her address to the media, Shafeeqa, as per Alfaaz – The Words, emphasized her commitment to addressing local issues and representing the voices of the community. She highlighted her focus on improving local infrastructure, education, and healthcare services.

Shafeeqa also took the opportunity to commend the staff at the Returning Officer (RO) Trehgam office for their efficiency and support. “The establishment of a well-organized help desk has made the nomination process smooth and accessible for all candidates,” she said.

“I am grateful for their professionalism and the assistance they provided throughout the process.”
