Mega Enrollment Drive 2025 Held at GMS Tekipora Lolab, ZEO Sogam Among Others Attend Ceremony

Lolab: The much-anticipated Mega enrollment drive 2025 took place at GMS Tekipora, here on tuesday, attracting a large number of parents and students from surrounding areas. The event, organized by the school, successfully brought together various affiliated schools in the region.

The event saw a steady flow of parents and children, eager to enroll in government schools for the new academic year. The occasion was seamlessly coordinated by the stage secretaries, Bhat Rais and Wani Shaukat, ensuring the smooth running of the entire process.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, and the Principal of BHSS Tekipora. Zonal Education Officer Sogam Mushtaq Ahmed Mir, known for his eloquence, highlighted the significance of the Mega Enrolment Drive and emphasized the critical role of teachers in shaping young minds. He further acknowledged the essential cooperation of parents in helping their children succeed in education.

Nazir Ahmed Najar, the Cluster Head of Tekipora, took a moment to commend the tireless efforts of the ZEO in revitalizing the educational landscape within the zone.

A significant highlight of the event was the enrollment of around 50 students, with more expected to join in the coming days. The schools who participated in the event including PS Salam Bhat Mohalla, PS Midanpora, UPS Checki Tekipora, BMS Tekipora, UPS Sheikh Mohalla Tekipora, and GMS Tekipora.

During the ceremony, newly enrolled students were garlanded by the ZEO and Cluster Head, symbolizing the beginning of their educational journey. The event concluded with a token of appreciation presented to the ZEO Sogam and the Principal of BHSS Tekipora by the staff of GMS Tekipora Lolab.

The day ended with a vote of thanks delivered by the Head of Institution (HOI), M. Yousuf, who expressed gratitude to all the attendees and participants for their support in making the event a success.
