Langate Forest Division Organises Marathon As Part of Ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada Campaign

Handwara: Forest Department, Division Langate, on Tuesday organised a marathon as part of the ongoing fortnightly campaign under Swachhta Pakhwada. The initiative is being marked to promote a healthier, clean and hygienic surroundings.

The department initiated the marathon from Langate chowk to Kralgund, with the marathon flagged DFO Langate in presence of Range Officers and other officials.

The several kilometre marathon was participated by students, teachers and many commoners with sheer enthusiasm and joy.

The initiative garnered appreciation from people across different walks of life.
