Kupwara Police Engages With Locals Along LoC in Machil Sector Amid Prevailing Situation

Kupwara: SHO JIC Kupwara, Inspector Reyaz Ahmed on Friday visited Machil sector along the Line of Control (LoC) and interacted with locals from various areas, including Dudi, Ring Payeen, Ring Bala, Dapal, Misribehak and Pushwari.

During the interaction, Inspector Ahmed briefed the residents on the safety measures being implemented during the prevailing situation, addressing their concerns and queries. He also informed the locals about the accommodation facilities available in Kupwara for those who intend to relocate to safer areas, assuring them of all necessary support from the government.

The endeavour aims to ensure the well-being and safety of the local population, fostering a sense of security and trust between the community and the authorities, amid ongoing flare up on borders.
