Srinagar: After going unsold in the first round, Jammu and Kashmir’s Umran Malik has been auctioned for rupees 75 lacs.

Malik, known for his blistering pace and boasted as India’s fastest thus far, started at a base price of seventy five lac and stood set with no further advancements.

Shahrukh Khan owned KKR made the bid, to finally acquire Malik as no other suitors showed any interest to make any bid.

Malik, besides Rasikh Salam and Abdul Samad are among the three J&K based cricketers who have made a statement in the cash-rish cricket league over the years.
