Kupwara: The Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Kupwara, on Saturday launched fourth batch of its one-week Management Development Programme (MDP) under the RAMP initiative, aimed at empowering existing entrepreneurs across the Union Territory.
The programme seeks to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in business expansion, innovation, market development, and strategic growth. It is designed to help entrepreneurs strengthen their enterprises, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development in a dynamic business environment.
The week-long programme is being conducted and coordinated under the guidance of Mr. Azmat Hussain, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Kupwara.
Entrepreneurs attending the MDP will benefit from expert-led sessions, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions, focusing on enhancing managerial, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. The initiative is part of JKEDIโs ongoing effort to create a robust ecosystem for entrepreneurship and support small and medium enterprises in Jammu and Kashmir.
JKEDI officials said the programme also encourages networking among participants, fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices, which is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the regionโs entrepreneurial landscape.
