A total of 21 entrepreneurs successfully completed the programme, including 7 males and 14 females, marking a strong participation of women entrepreneurs in the district.

The training, held under the supervision of Azmat Hussain, District Nodal Officer JKEDI Kupwara, focused on strengthening managerial and leadership capacities of existing entrepreneurs. Over the week, participants engaged in expert-led sessions, practical exercises, and discussions on business expansion, innovation, market development, and sustainable growth strategies.

Officials said the MDP aimed to equip entrepreneurs with tools to enhance competitiveness and scale their ventures in an evolving business environment. The programme also facilitated networking among participants, enabling them to exchange ideas, build collaborations, and share best practices.
