Srinagar: Just days into the oath-taking ceremony of newly-elected government led by Omar Abdullah, the Advocate General of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir Dewan Chand Raina has resigned from his post with immediate effect.
Raina was appointed on November 1, 2019, as the first Advocate General of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and continued to occupy the post till today.
