Srinagar: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is reportedly said to be among at least ten countries which reportedly helped Israel ward off an intense drone attack ‘Operation True Promise’ by the Republic of Iran on Sunday.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has in the meantime expressed its deep concern over the military escalation developments in the region and its serious repercussions, media reports said.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has urged all parties to exercise maximum restraint and to protect the region and its people from the dangers of war, the SPA reported.

The KSA has urged the UNSC to fulfill its responsibility in maintaining world peace and security. “This region is crucial for international peace and security, and the UNSC must act to prevent the crisis from escalating, which would have grave consequences if it expands.”

Meanwhile, as per reports, a total of 12 people were brought in to the Soroka Medical Center in southern Israel overnight, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
