Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir based seamer Rasikh Salam Dar has fetched whopping six crore rupees in the ongoing auction for Indian Premier League, 2025, at Jeddah.
Dar bowled some searing yorkers for DC last season to gain attention from world cricket. He also has some pace variations in his repertoire and was recently in action in the Emerging T20 Asia Cup.
Starting with base price of thirty pac, it was RCB only which started the bidding for the fast bowler, even SRH also entered the fray.
After some tussle, RCB finally made it to successfully acquire Dar at six crore, even as DC briefly showed interest in exercising their RTM.
