Anantnag: The Indian Army’s 3 Rashtriya Rifles (3RR) from Sirhama Camp stepped in to provide drinking water to residents of Pushkeerdi village in Bijbehara constituency, where people have been grappling with acute water scarcity for the past three days.
With local women forced to walk long distances to fetch water, the Army dispatched water tankers to ease the crisis, offering immediate relief to the community.
Residents expressed gratitude for the timely assistance, highlighting that the Army has consistently extended support to civilians in times of hardship.
