Reading makes a full man, writing an exact man and conference a ready man. It was a really multidimensional conference at UPS Chontipora located at a promontory site at Bangus road. On arrival the distinguished guests were escorted by the khaki uniform cadets to the well decorated venue in a spacious with comfortable seating. The delivering end was displaying the motto of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers’ Forum that the student community is their priority. This mega event was arranged to honour a great luminary Ex DIET Principal Manzoor Ahmed Bhat for his commendable services as teacher and officer in different capacities. It was also a token of love and regard to a reputed teacher Mr Mohammad Hussain Shiekh of Magam for his dedication as a teacher at the academic level and for his relentless efforts for unity at the organizational level.

The august function was glorified by the presence of Worth Joint Director North Hakeem Tanveer Sb, DEPO Kupwara Jinab Iqbal Shah Sir, Chairman Principals Forum Jinab Mir Rafiq Sb, Principals, Zonal Education officers, Headmasters District President and Zonal Presidents of Teachers Forum.

Top leadership of Teachers Forum  particularly the presence of State President Jinab Mohammad Shafi Rather made the event  more dignified. A new feather was added to the glory of this institution by the presence of a Secretariat bureaucrat Jinab Dr Abdul Kabir Dar, an old boy of the institution, and a proud son of this village, as chief guest. His speech made me feel nostalgic. I felicitate and applaud HOI Mr Nazir Ahmad Bhat, his dedicated team. and Mr Khursheed Ahmad Bhat, DP Mawer for the success. Mr Nazir Ahmad Bhat has set a big goal and unique example of dedication for his noble service He revived a defunct school which is now a model school in the district. His elevation as the District VP will infuse forceful breath in the organization. I applaud my beloved taught Mr Muneer Ahmad Khan, state Vice President for upholding our legacy and going ahead in all respects. The role of Syed Javid Masroor as anchor was commendable. He managed this high profile event and managed it well. We cannot forget the well served sumptuous feast in classic earthenware.
