Lolab: A renowned private educational institute in Lolab valley- Hilltop Public School Rakhi Gundmacher Lolab on Tuesday celebrated its 4th Annual Day with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The annual day function begun with the recitation of Holy verses of the Quran followed by a Naat-e-Shareef.

The grand annual occasion was attended by Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, Chairman of J&K Youth Welfare Forum, Major Deepak, Akhter Ahmad, Chairman of Little Buds Dever, Gh Hassan, Former Headmaster of High School Sogam, Gh Hassan Dar, Nasir Ahmad KNS, Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Gh Nabi Reshi Father of Chairman Hill Top, Bilal Ahmad Shah Principal Lolab public school, Zubair Ahmed Mir Principal Hill Top besides the other local dignitaries.

During the day long function, the students of the institution showed their hidden talent through various cultural programmes and speeches on different issues which was appreciated by the huge number of crowd.

The students showcased their talent by performing a variety of entertainment programmes including Drama

During the event, the attended guests delivered impactful messages for students and parents, emphasizing the importance of education and community collaboration.

A special cultural program, conducted by Chairman Hilltop Public School Ab Majeed, shed light on social issues like poverty among girls and the need to end the dowry system.

The performance left the audience deeply moved, with Chairman Ab Majeed receiving praise for presenting a poignant and beautiful program that brought tears to many eyes. His emphasis on ending harmful practices like dowry resonated strongly with the spectators.

Chairman Ab Majeed’s commitment to social issues was evident as he performed himself in the cultural program, reinforcing the school’s dedication to holistic education and societal well-being.

The event took a motivational turn when Aijaz Bhat cited the example of Dr. Shah Faesal, the first IAS topper from J&K, urging students to aspire to become similar candle of success for their parents.

Major Deepak echoed a call for collective efforts towards peace-building, emphasizing the role of education in fostering unity and understanding among communities.

Gh Hassan Dar encouraged everyone to embrace humanity and collaborate for the greater good. The event served as a platform to inspire positive change, fostering a sense of responsibility and unity within the community.
