Hideout Busted in Lolab Kupwara: Army

Kupwara: Indian Army on Monday said to have busted an old hideout in Dorusa Wain forest of Lolab in Kupwara district.

“On 19 November 2023, The Indian Army’s RR battalion at Lolab Valley busted an old hideout in the general area of Dorus Wain Forest of Lolab Valley based on the specific input of the human intelligence network”, reads a statement issued to the media.

“Based on the intelligence a specific search operation of the jungle was carried out by the Indian Army”, reads the statement adding during the busting of the hideout a huge cache of grenades and various kinds of ammunition was recovered.”
