Hajj Committee, J&K, Announces Special Orientation/Training Session for Women, Pilgrims Selected Under ‘Lady Without Mehram Category’ Specially Invited

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Hajj Committee, has announced an orientation/training session for women pilgrims, especially for those selected under ‘Lady Without Mehram Category’, on March 26, 2024 at Hajj House, Bemina Srinagar.

The training programme, a notification in this regard, reads, will commence on 11 AM.

“As such, all the interested female pilgrims, especially “Lady Without Mehram Category’ pilgrims shall attend the said training programme as per schedule,” reads the notification.

Notably, a total of 82 women from Jammu and Kashmir would be taking the sacred journey under the ‘Lady Without Mehram Category’ this year.
