Handwara: Medical fraternity GMC Handwara is expressing deep sorrow and shock over Dr. Mohamad Yousuf Khan’s sudden death, Doctors Fraternity GMC Handwara in a statement conveyed sympathies and condolences to the members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Medical superintendent Dr. Nisar Ah wani said that medical fraternity has lost a gem’ in the demise of Dr. Mohamad Yousuf Khan.
“He was kind, compassionate, empathetic and caring towards mankind.”
Hailing from Tregham Kupwara, Dr Mohamad Yousuf Khan graduated from GMC Srinagar and underwent postgraduation in the department of Gynecology and was working as a Consultant Gynecologist at SDH Kupwara.
His colleagues termed Dr. Mohamad Yousuf Khan a thorough gentleman.
“He was a noble soul and always a helping hand to the needy and poor. He will be remembered and missed by all of us,” Dr. Nisar Ah Wani said.
“It is a great loss to the medical fraternity and his death has resulted in a great void in the field of Gynecology,” Gynae department GMC Handwara said.
Paying rich tributes to the deceased, Doctors Fraternity GMC Handwara prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and expressed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
