GK Kupwara correspondent bereaved, uncle passes away

Kupwara: Abdul Jabbar Shiekh of Wahipora, Handwara passed away after a brief spell of illness on Monday. He was the uncle of Tarique Raheem, Greater Kashmir’s Kupwara correspondent.

Staffers of Greater Kashmir held a condolence meeting and prayed for peace to the departed soul. They also expressed sympathies with the bereaved family members especially Tarique Raheem and his cousin brothers including Mohammad Maqbool, Mohammad Ramzan, Ghulam Mohudin, Fayaz Ahmad and Nasir Ul Islam.

Various political and non-political organizations, along with several media associations, have extended their condolences and expressed sympathy with Tarique Raheem.
