G&B Boys Hostel Kupwara Nominated To Participate in National Balrang Festival Bhopal

Kupwara: In a significant development, Kupwara cultural group from Gujjar and Bakarwaal Boys Hostel Kupwara has been nominated to participate in the National Balrang Festival Bhopal.

The group shall represent J&K UT and has been deputed by the Principal secretary school education department. The Director School Education Kashmir had recommended their participation.

The cultural group worked hard for many days under the supervision of CEO Kupwara Ab Majeed Dar and in coordination with the district cultural coordinator Rayees Masroor. The group was finally flagged off to Bhopal by Dy CEO Manzoor Ahmad Bhat and Head Assistant Nazir Ahmad Sheikh to participate in the National Balrang Festival in Bhopal and will represent J&K UT.

The group comprises of 14 students and escort teachers including Dr Mohd Abas, Malik Zaffar Iqbal, G&B Warden Nisar Ahmad and District Cultural Coordinator Rayees Masroor.

The group shall reach Bhopal on 20 December and participate in the programme on 20 and 21 December 2023.
