Mawer (Handwara): Former Lumberdar of Audoora Mawer Handwara has left for heavenly abode on Friday. He was 75.
Malik’s cause of death is said to be due to a sudden cardiac arrest.
Despite being a specially-abled, Malik served as Lumberdar of Audoora Mawer for more than two decades.
The whole area is mourning the death of Malik, known for his nobility and humility.
MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed Ahmad among others have extended their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace and solace to the departed soul.
