Father of Five Dies in Electrocution Incident in North Kashmir

Srinagar: A man in his fifties was tragically left dead after getting electrocuted in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Identified as one Nazir Ahmad Khan, a resident of Uri, the victim received a fatal electric shock during the course of work in Chejhama Rafiabad area.

Khan, as per reports, was soon after evacuated to SDH Sopore, where the doctors however declared him as brought dead on arrival.

Khan had been the only breadwinner of his family and is survived by his wife and five children.

Taking cognisance of the incident, the Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
