“Coaching Not Much Necessary As It Has Been Made To Look By The People Around,” Says Muhammad Haris

Srinagar: In a significant achievement, a youth from Sanzipora Mawer in Handwara of Kupwara has made it to the coveted Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) section in his maiden attempt.
Muhammad Haris, a law graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi, while exclusively talking to Alfaaz – The Words, said that he has secured 345th rank in the prestigious exams – result of which was announced on Tuesday.
When asked about his basic schooling, Haris said that he received his education from Nursery to 10th standard at Tiny Hearts Tengpora Srinagar. “I passed my Class 11 and Class 12 from New Convent School Srinagar, following which I was selected for five-year integrated BA LLB at Jamia Millia Islamia,” said Haris adding, he completed his Law graduation from the varsity in year 2022.
When asked, if he received any coaching to clear the exams, the young Haris said that he hasn’t been to any coaching. “Coaching is not as much as it has been made to look by the people around,” says Haris.
In his brief message, Haris said, the aspirants should set their aim and goal from initial days, a strategy that will eventually help them to achieve better results. “Here I would say that my academic background helped me a lot and those aiming to go for exams’ of such type should make their mind once and then go with full vigor,” Haris said further.
Notably, a total of 1,016 candidates have been recommended for appointment after UPSC announced the results on Tuesday.
