Adv Mursaleen calls for probe, demands exgratia to families of victims

Srinagar: MP-elect Er. Rashid led Awami Itihad Party (AIP) Monday expressed shock and grief over the death of four children in a blast at Sheer Colony, Sopore. The party extended its sympathies to the bereaved families and called for a thorough investigation into the incident.

In a statement issued to Alfaaz – The Words, AIP senior leader and Incharge Sopore Advocate Mursaleen expressed her deep anguish and grief over the the incident that left four dead.

Advocate Mursaleen called for through investigation and demand ex-gratia relief in favor of families of the victims.

She prayed for deceased souls and patience to the family.

She said that effective steps should be taken to prevent such accidents in the future.

The party stands in solidarity with families of victims and prays for eternal peace to the deceased, she added.
