Ehsaas Foundation Congratulates Padma Shri Awardee Shafi Shauq

Srinagar: Ehsaas Foundation has congratulated eminent Kashmiri litterateur Shafi Shauq on being conferred with the Padma Shri Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Kashmiri language and literature.
