Srinagar: A mild earthquake was felt across Jammu and Kashmir on intervening Monday and Tuesday night.

National Centre for Seismology taking to microblogging site ‘X’ wrote that an earthquake of magnitude 4.3 was felt at around 12:34 AM.

The earthquake reportedly occurred at latitude 28.6° and Longitude 87.70° at a depth of 102 Kms in Xizang (Tibet).

There were no immediate reports of any adverse effects following the tremors.
