Srinagar: In a sheer display of communal bonhomie and brotherhood, incumbent Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chaudhary on Sunday welcomed back party leaders back home after performing Umrah.
Deputy Chief Minister Chaudhary warmly welcomed and gifted bouquets to Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani (Sogami), Cabinet Minister Javed Dar, MLA Chanapora Mushtaq Guroo, MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq and others who have returned after completing holy pilgrimage of Umrah.
Notably, a JKNC delegation led by party President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Chief Minister & JKNC Vice President Omar Abdullah recently visited for the purpose of Umrah pilgrimage.
The political leaders said that they have made supplications to seek peace, progress and development of Jammu and Kashmir in particular and of the world in general.
