Duo Accused of Indulging in ‘Anti-National Activities’ Booked Under PSA in North Kashmir

Srinagar: Two persons have been booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA) in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district after being found involved in anti-national activities, said police on Tuesday. 

The police said that the duo was subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu after being booked under the PSA.

They said that both individuals, identified as Ghulam Din War son of Late Habibullah War, a resident of Naidkhai Sumbal and Firdous Ahmad Khan, son of Mohammad Ayoub Khan, a resident of ward no. 6 Nebrapora Bandipora, were continuously indulging in anti-national activities.

“Bandipora Police booked two persons under PSA and lodged them in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu, for their continuous involvement in Anti-National activities,” wrote District Police Bandipora in a post on X (formerly Twitter). (CNS)
