Driving Skill Test in Kupwara Postponed to Jan 1

Kupwara: The Office of the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), Kupwara, has announced that the driving skill test originally scheduled for December 30, 2025, has been rescheduled to January 1, 2026, amid forecasted inclement weather conditions.

The change in schedule has been made due to administrative reasons, according to a public notice issued by ARTO Kupwara, Mudasir Ahmad (JKAS). Applicants have been advised to note the revised date and appear for the test accordingly.

The notice has been communicated to the Transport Commissioner J&K, Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, and Regional Transport Officer Kashmir to ensure wider dissemination. Applicants are urged to cooperate and ensure their presence on the new date to avoid inconvenience.
