Kupwara: Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, Rahee Mushtaq, correspondent of Doordarshan (DD) News for Kupwara was felicitated for successfully covering the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra programme.
The veteran media-person received the “Certificate of Appreciation” at the Hands of Rabiya Rasool, who is currently Head of the programmes at DDK Srinagar, in attendance of Qazi Salman (Head RNU DD News) Srinagar, Shabir Ahmad Dar (News Editor DD News).
“Hardwork never goes unnoticed. His contribution in covering Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra was amazing and it forces us to hail and felicitate his unconditional work”, a statement issued in this regard read.
Meanwhile different sections of the society have congratulated the senior media person for the acknowledgement by the public service broadcaster.
