Gillani reviewed concerns related to law and order, crime prevention, and public safety, assuring attendees that the police remain committed to strengthening on-ground response and improving public confidence.
DySP Headquarters Mubashir Niaz, who was also present, highlighted the importance of Thana Diwas as a channel for regular dialogue between police and citizens, calling it essential for transparent functioning and better service delivery.

Participants raised issues including local security, anti-drug efforts, surveillance requirements, and public protection.
The police officers assured prompt action and reiterated a zero-tolerance policy towards activities that disturb peace and public order in the district.
