Shopian: Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, has underscored the critical role of the One Stop Centre (OSC) Helpline number 181 in supporting women facing distressing situations.

The One Stop Centre, located at the Old DC Office in Shopian town, operates under the territorial jurisdiction of the entire district. Staffed predominantly by women, the OSC ensures better counseling services and upholds privacy, addressing sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
