Sopore: Ghulam Mohammad Dar, father of incumbent DDC member Tujjar and Awami Ittihad Party North Kashmir Incharge Mohammad Muzaffar Dar, left for heavenly abode on Friday. He was 75.
The family sources informed that Ghulam Mohammad Dar was not keeping well over a period of time and was admitted at SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where he breathed his last on Friday evening.
The funeral prayers to the departed soul is scheduled at 10 a.m tomorrow (Saturday) at ancestral village in Tujjar Sharief.
People cutting different sections of life have condoled the demise and extended their sympathies with the bereaved family, especially Mohammad Muzaffar Dar.
