DC Kupwara Visits Lolab Shelter Home to Oversee Arrangements for Displaced Border Residents

Kupwara: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Ayushi Sudan on Saturday visited shelter home at Lolab to assess arrangements for people displaced amid prevailing situation in wake of tensions between India and Pakistan.

The district officer on the occasion interacted with the people, and enquired from them their well being and any requirement or grievance thereof. She assured the families that there was no need to panic and that all possible assistance and support will be extended to everyone.

Ms. Ayushi directed the local administration to remain in constant touch with the shelter of home management to ensure overall welfare of each of the displaced persons.
