The DC congratulated Ulfat for her resilience in overcoming personal hardships being an orphan (having lost her father several years before) and financial challenges without the aid of formal coaching. Calling her โa role model for the students of Kupwara,โ he assured her that the district administration will provide every possible support to help her pursue her medical education.
During the interaction, Ulfat expressed her dream of becoming a doctor to serve society, especially the underprivileged. The DC lauded her vision and encouraged her to maintain the same dedication and humility in the journey ahead.
