Cluster Level Meeting Held at BHSS Hatmulla Kupwara

Kupwara: In order to start New Academic Session in cluster Hatmulla, a combined meeting of all teachers including HOIs of all associated schools was held at BHSS Hatmulla today on 24-02-2024. The Problems and the future targets were discussed in detail.

The future planning and targets to be obtained were discussed through Power Point Presentation, some key issues like kick start of enrollment drive, to make examinations stress free, formation of academic calendar, common time table and constitution of academic monitoring committee and its role was discussed.

The Cluster Head in his address urged all to work like a team and focus on improving the academic standard of the children. All HOI’s of allied schools expressed their ideas in the meeting and thanked the Cluster Head for organizing this type of result oriented meeting.

Finally it was unanimously decided that a committee will be framed which will act on ground for enrollment drive, welcoming the new entrants, formation of a uniform academic calendar and identification of subject experts for the academic monitoring committee.

Muneer Ahmad Pir Teacher UPS Vogbal was designated as Nodal Officer for making awareness regarding NEP-2020. So that the teachers will get acquainted regarding NEP-2020.

Moreover, Ali Mohammad Wani teacher UPS Cheki Drugmulla was given the task for establishment of Mathematics and Language lab. Nissar Ahmad Masoodi Lecturer Physics and Mr. Khalid Mehmood were given the responsibility for inculcating scientific temperament and organising debates, seminars, Symposiums regarding science events.
