Srinagar: In what could be seen as indication of start of a possible electioneering process in the Valley, ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has given a major fillip to public outreach by appointing separate incharges for conventional and non-conventional media.

The party has appointed incharges each for general media, social media and IT. Adv. Sajid Yousuf Shah has been appointed as the party’s Media Incharge and by virtue of the mandate will overlook the party’s media relations and communications in the Valley.

The party has appointed Sahil Bashir Bhat as Social-media Incharge. He will manage the party’s social media platforms and engage with the online community to promote BJP’s agenda and initiatives.

The party has on the other hand appointed Salman Sheikh as IT Cell Incharge.

The fillip to the conventional and non-conventional media is being seen as a major development in the political circles and if believed may be an indicative of start of possible electioneering process in the Valley.
